In 2012 one of my publishers
issued a request for a holiday mix-up story. It should include two holidays
between Veteran’s Day and Martin Luther King Day. I decided I wanted something
to do with New Year’s Resolutions. Enter Patience Middleton. She doesn’t live
up to her name. Will she need to make a few resolutions to keep her new love

This year I resolve to spend more time on my writing. In 2012 I didn’t get much
done. I plan to be more disciplined in the New Year.
