Busy this week getting ready for the conference. Because I procrastinate I'm rushing like usual. Last minute details like getting the hair highlighted, need a new pair of dress pants. The ones I love magically disappeared. As my dear friend Katalina Leon said about my to-do list: #2 Don't go pant-less. LOL That would be a tad embarrassing. I've made plans with so many awesome friends and writers I can't wait to see them all. So if you're in Salem or around drop by for the book signing! Love to meet the readers.

Catching Up

What a weekend. The DH and I shopped ‘til we dropped on Saturday. We made a nice headway on the Christmas shopping. Sunday I drove two hours to meet up with the fabulously funny Ashlyn Chase and super cool Dalton Diaz. We had a fun time at the book signing.

Ashlyn has an insanely funny fan, Sherry, who was there. I was lucky to meet her at RomantiCon 2010 and she’s such a sweetheart. She kept us laughing the entire time.

I wish we lived closer to each other. Those are two women I’d love to hang with again. Ooops, three women. Sorry Sherry.

Yesterday I was too wiped out to do more than chill during the work day. I am writing again! YAY for me.

And our tree is no longer naked. My daughter and I decorated it last night. It only took five days. Lol

In other news:

I have a Christmas special up on Kindle and B&N. For the month of December – Get Unwrapped for only .99!

Oh and I have to thank Jackman for this beautiful cover! :o)

Meg Trainor has one wish for Christmas every year: Two men who will fulfill all her fantasies.

Santa's in a giving mood this year.

Brothers and co-owners of Turquoise Toys, Brad and Shane Griffin will give her a Christmas she'll never forget.

Busy, Busy!

What a great weekend. I wish it didn't have to end. LOL Saturday I spend the afternoon with my local chapter. I haven't seen the group in months. It felt so good just to hang with them again.
The DH and I went to see Legion after my meeting. Save your money - not worth the price of the ticket. While I liked the premise of the movie and the crazy old lady, nothing else appealed to me. Just my .02
I took Sunday off from everything writing. I didn't even spend much time online. DH and I spent the day preparing for family and friends to come over for the Superbowl. Had a great time hanging with everyone.
When I finally went online I learned my email address is bouncing and one of my editors has been trying to get a hold of me. Not a good thing and very frustrating to say the least. Tried to set up a gmail account...that turned out unsuccessful. Crazy. I'll have to try again today.
There's so much I have to get done today. I have to finish my booklets for the book signing I'm participating in tonight on top of a long lists of to-do's.
So, off I go to work, work, work. Happy Monday Everyone!
